On Tuesday 30th June year 5 and 6 pupils from our feeder primary schools came up to Y Pant to try out some of the E3+ activities they could be participating in after school next year. Pupils had great fun taking part in activities as diverse as climbing, circus skills, samba drumming, basketball, tang soo do, street dance, wood burning and theatrical make-up. Councillor Eudine Hanagan came to visit the school and talked to the pupils as they waited their turn on the climbing wall.

Pupils taking part in the wood burning activity decorated a bench which will be placed eventually in the quad for pupils to use at break and lunchtimes.

E3+ has been running at Y Pant for 2 years and has proved enormously popular with pupils. The programme of activities for 2009-10 will be published shortly!
