This year’s Young Enterprise was launched in October at Hawthorn Leisure Centre and organised by EBP. Two teams from Y Pant have entered this year (2008-2009) and more information in relation to their activities can be found via the links on the Business Studies website. The Launch Event was attended by 14 teams in total from across RCT. The task involved teams having to create a gym and advertise it as best they could.

Teams then had to present their ideas to the rest of the groups, teachers and judges. Prizes were awarded for 1st - £50, 2nd - £20 and 3rd - £10. Both the teams performed well with the ‘Farmers’ Market’ team awarded 2nd place.
