NGFL Cymru have a great interactive resource for you to use. NGLF is recommended by WJEC which is the examining board for the exam you are sitting. It is updated regulary, so contains up-to-date resources.

Use the coloured tabs located at the top of the page to locate the topic you require. It also contains important diagrams that would give you a visual aspect of the course.

BBC GCSE Bitesize
I have located a website that allows you to revise using online crossword puzzles and quizzes. They test you on all aspects of the syllabus but are timed so you have to be quick.
