Unfortunately there are times in all our lives when we need a bit of support. Whether it’s exam stress, family problems or health worries, having someone to talk to, or a place to get reliable information is important. The following websites may be of help. We’d like to point out that Y Pant is not actually linked with any of these organisations (apart from Eye to Eye) but they are all well recognised in their own field.
Eye to Eye is a confidential counselling service for young people with a base in Y Pant.
Samaritans provides confidential non-judgemental emotional support, 24 hours a day for people who are experiencing feelings of distress or despair, including those which could lead to suicide.
